We specialize in creating the perfect activity for your team. Whether you’re looking for a couple hours of cycling or a full day with wine blending, hiking, kayaking or other team building activities, we can create a program designed around you.

Maybe you’re looking for a fun bike tour to local wineries, or a kayak trip down the Russian or Napa River. Another simple but fun activity is a van or coach tour to visit wineries, redwoods, or the coast.

Our tour planners love to get creative and will put together the perfect combination of activities and challenges.

We will charter a van or coach from one of several TCP carriers we contract with in the area. Our guides board the bus and create a narrative for your group’s enjoyment.
