Ride on some of Sonoma County’s most beautiful roads! We will spend the day enjoying the rolling hills of the Dry Creek Valley, cycling on country lanes and visiting three to five wineries. The Dry Creek Valley is known for its spicy red wines and crisp white wines, and we bring you to our favorite wineries that showcase the fine wine created from the vines we will be cycling past. Over the course of the day we will ride 15-20 miles on gently rolling hills, and have our Wine Country picnic lunch at one of the scenic wineries we visit. We’ve discovered one of the quietest and most beautiful cycling spots in the Napa Valley – quiet, little traffic, small family-owned wineries. You will ride along vineyards with views of San Francisco Bay. You cycle along quiet country lanes to visit small, family-owned wineries in this area reminiscent of Burgundy. The route is mostly flat, rolling along wide open spaces surrounded by lush green vineyards. Our lunch stop is at one of our favorite scenic wineries. While you taste wine, we’ll set up our famous Wine Country picnic surrounded by vineyards. We will visit one or two more wineries, keeping an eye out for birds of prey.
