Cancellation Policy

Due to our standard of personal service, cancellations affect us significantly. We strictly adhere to our policies. These are the policies for one day tours. Please talk to your Tour Planner for multi-day tours.

  1. All cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to the tour date will be eligible for a refund – by credit card, less a $25 per person processing fee.
  2. All cancellations received within 72 hours of tour date or no shows are not eligible for refund.
  3. In the event of a tour cancelled because of rain, a voucher will be issued for use within one year.
  4. There is no charge to change the date of the tour, as long as it is the same tour and at least 48 hours out.

Weather Policy

We do not want to drag you through a downpour yet we cannot cancel too quickly for those who have come a long way to do the trip. We’ve established a three-tier weather policy:

  1. Light rain: The tour goes and we provide emergency rain ponchos if you do not have your own.
  2. Once underway: If the tour is underway and the weather gets worse, we will continue in the van.
  3. Heavy downpour: No one likes to go out in a torrential rain so if our best weather prognostication shows rain we will call you to cancel the night before. If we do not contact you to cancel, the tour will go by van.

If we cancel, you are refunded all monies that we charged you. If you cancel, all applicable cancellation fees apply. If you are not familiar with our cancellation policy, please inquire with our tour planners or review your confirmation letter.
