History

Getaway Adventures is the original touring company in Napa Valley and Sonoma County. All employees and guides are local to the area and have expertise on wine, restaurants, history, flora, fauna and the best trails and roads to share with you. Getaway Adventures has been in business since 1991 with the same owners, and has long standing relations with many hotels and wineries that other companies can not match. We strive hard to be the best touring company in the area and promise you will have made the right choice in going on tour with us. Our goal is to be an environmentally friendly local tour company that educates our guests on wine, the area and gives you a chance to smell the roses (and zinfandel) and get some exercise too!
