April 10th, 2008: Mild, sunny morning.

At the shop at 7:35 and on site at 9:05. It’s lucky that I was so early because my guests were there and eager to ride. Experienced cyclists both, we were out and riding by 9:30. We made brisk rides to Chateau Montelena, Bennett Lane and finally Summers where we took our lunch and enjoyed a bottle of Rose. We then rode through town and headed south to Clos Pegas, Cuvaison and Twomey.
